Paddle connection

The velcro wrap doubles back to close and will hold the leash securely. usually connected at the centre point of the paddle.

To quick release simply pull the yellow tab and the velcro will
unwrap and release completely from the paddle.

Kayak/Paddler Connection
The leash is connected firmly to webbing which locks into place on the cam buckle. To release simply pull the webbing tail and it will slide out of the buckle.
The connection can be tied with the red cord onto the kayak, or onto your pfd or spraydeck loop.

Paddle Leash length
The standard length supplied is generous to allow sufficient paddle extension for rolling & support strokes. The leash length can be reduced depending on where the connection is placed; if on a pfd then consider reducing the length and check full extensions are still possible before cutting the line.
