Sea Kayak Dry Map Case

100% dry map case to stow on the exposed deck of a sea kayak and withstand being hammered by waves and the elements. It clips onto deck lines using four micro karabiners. To seal the case simply flatten the flexible pvc to contact and bond to itself and then for extra security fold over and close with the velcro strip.

Suitable to protect maps and documents and smart phones and tablets, money, passports etc.

The map case can be held in place across the deck using the clips at each corner as above. An alternative approach is to orientate the case lengthways and then clip the two rolled end corners which is possible because the elastic swivels in the eyelets. This allows the case to be rolled up when not in use and therefore declutters the front deck.

The flexible pvc material creates a watertight contact and is then rolled over itself and held in place with velcro. Hooks provide means of anchoring to the deck lines/shockcords.
